Today we learned how to take care of our opea'ula. First, we learned that you can only feed the tip of a tooth pick with no mound. And when you feed you can not get the tooth pick wet so just tap it on the side of the habitat. The opea'ula eat spirulina. Next, there needs to be half an inch so air can come in. To replace water pure fresh water in a cup and put it next to your habitat. Finally, the #1 rule is to NEVER put or let mold get in your habitat because that would kill all of the opea'ula.
