We learned a lot about taking care of our shrimp. First, we leaned about taking care of the water. Since there is a hole in the cap, it lets there be oxygen so we cant fill up the water or else no air will come in. Also, the hole evaporates the fresh water so we have to fill it with room temperature water. Then, we have to feed it. We feed with something small like a toothpick, and dip it in our Spirulina that we use for fish food.
Then we take off the cap and tap the toothpick on the glass and the food sprinkles off. If there is some left on the toothpick, then wipe it off or use a new toothpick because if it stays on, the moisture from the air will make it moldy and if the shrimp eat moldy food, they will die. You should also keep the Spirulina in the refrigerator it will last long. Just don't get it wet or it will mold. Lastly, the shrimp mold so you should use a straw to get it out. It is best to use a McDonalds straw because it is thick.
